An e-receipt contains all the same information as a paper receipt but is emailed to you rather than printed out in store. You can use it the same way you’d use a paper receipt.
Your e-receipt will be sent automatically to the email address you gave in store. If it doesn’t come through you’ll need to contact the customer call centre on 0344 4996690.
Yes. Simply show your e-receipt in store (on your device or a printed copy) and we’ll process your refund as normal.
Unfortunately we can’t email gift receipts, but we can still print one for you as normal.
We’re in the process of introducing e-receipts across the UK, so they might not be available in your area yet. If you aren’t offered one, please ask and the store assistant will let you know when they’re planning to offer them in that store.
Yes. Next time you buy something in one of our trial stores you’ll be asked if you’d like an e-receipt. The store assistant will confirm your email address, so just tell them where you’d like your e-receipt to be sent and they’ll update your information.
