This section, (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you about the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.newlook.com (our site) and the terms of use on which you may make use of our social media site www.daily.newlook.com (NL Daily).Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using either of our sites or ordering any Products.

    • What The Fashion

      Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

      1. 1. Purchases are limited to one item per customer.

      2. 2. Discounts (including but not limited to student, staff, defence force and Blue Light discounts, bounce back offers and spend stretch offers etc.) cannot be applied to purchases of any items within the ‘What the Fashion’ range.

      3. 3. Items within the ‘What the Fashion’ range are made available for purchase on a limited basis and on a first come first served basis; New Look stores will hold minimal volumes of What The Fashion items. Once sold out, ‘What the Fashion’ items will not be restocked either in-store or online.

      4. 4. New Look reserves to right to suspend or discontinue the sale of ‘What the Fashion’ items at any time at its sole discretion. If you have any questions about the ‘What the Fashion’ range or require further information, please ask in store or visit newlook.com.

    • Tracking your order

      Log into your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant ‘View Order’ link. All delivery options are fully trackable for the UK. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.

      Unfortunately we do not currently offer tracking for International standard orders. Express Delivery for Ireland, France and Germany is fully trackable. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.

    • Information about us

      www.newlook.com is a site operated by New Look Retailers Limited (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 1618428. Our Value Added Tax number is GB 429214460

    • Ordering products

      After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us ( Contract) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the Contract.

    • Availability

      All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. If you pay by credit, debit or store card we will not charge you for products which are not available. If you pay using PayPal, a New Look gift card or a New Look eGift card any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account, New Look gift card or New Look eGift card (as applicable). If you paid with a combination of payment card and Gift Card, we'll refund anything you paid for with your Gift Card first, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed on to your original payment card.

    • Ordering errors

      You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the "submit order" button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process.

    • Prices

      Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax where applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
      Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

    • Payment

      We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards. We also accept payment by New Look store card, New Look gift cards, New Look eGift cards and PayPal. Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly. Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay. We will not charge your credit, debit or store card until we dispatch your order. Any order placed using PayPal, a New Look gift card or New Look eGift card will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we reject or cancel your order for any reason this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account, New Look gift card or New Look eGift card (as applicable). Please note that items bought via PayPal can only be refunded using gift vouchers if they are returned to a store. Items returned by post will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please keep your New Look gift card / New Look eGift card safe. We will only refund to the same New Look gift card or New Look eGift card you used for payment.

    • Offers, Promotions and Vouchers

      Some offers are exclusively available online and not available in store.

    • Delivery Pass
      1. 1. The New Look Delivery Pass costs £9.99 and is valid for a period of 12 months.

      2. 2. The New Look Delivery Pass is only available to those currently residing in the UK and for deliveries and collections to a UK address.

      3. 3. Once you subscribe to the New Look Delivery Pass you are free to use all delivery options available on our website, including click and collect, at no extra cost.

      4. 4. The delivery pass is not available for orders placed in store and can only be used for orders placed on newlook.com.

      5. 5. In order to subscribe to the New Look Delivery Pass you must have a valid New Look account and be logged in to create the subscription.

      6. 6. You can order using the New Look Delivery Pass as often as you like and there is no minimum spend.

      7. 7. To purchase the New Look Delivery Pass please add the delivery option to your bag while placing an order online. Any items bought at the same time as the subscription will be sent to you using the New Look Delivery Pass. Both the items and the subscription to the delivery service will be charged on the same order.

      8. 8. New Look Delivery Pass, and any other additional items purchased at the same time, cannot be bought in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

      9. 9. The delivery pass will not automatically renew. New Look will contact you before your renewal is due to make you aware of the upcoming expiry.

      10. 10. Provided you have not made any additional purchases using the New Look Delivery Pass you are entitled, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to cancel your subscription up to 14 days after your first payment is taken or after your subscription is automatically renewed. To cancel your subscription using this right please contact our Cust omer Service team.

      11. 11. Once you have placed your second order using the New Look Delivery Pass you cannot cancel your subscription. However you are welcome to cancel your first order, including your subscription, before your items have been shipped, and we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

      12. 12. New Look will notify you in the event that there are any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other New Look terms and conditions still apply.

      13. 13. To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.

      14. 14. The New Look Delivery Pass can only be used for personal use and should not be used for any business purposes.

      15. 15. All delivery and collection options can be viewed here, along with the delivery timescales.

      16. 16. We will always endeavour to get your order to you in line with our delivery timescales. However in times of high demand we may struggle to get your order to you using your preferred delivery option. In these situations we reserve the right to choose an alternative delivery method for you and your order may be delayed. In busy times we will endeavour to keep you up to date with all changes to our usual Delivery Pass and we will ensure the New Look Delivery Pass returns to normal as quickly as possible.

      17. 17. New Look reserves the right to terminate your New Look Delivery Pass subscription at any time. We will offer refunds at our discretion but no refund will be given to any customer who has breached these terms and conditions or has taken part in illegal or fraudulent activity relating to the New Look Delivery Pass service.

    • Student Discount In Store and Online
      1. 1. Student discount entitles a student cardholder to a saving of 10% (or 20 % during specific promotional periods) on a single transaction off full price and/or promotional items only. Includes Limited Edition and Concession items. This excludes permanently reduced items and certain selected items/ranges as New Look may at its sole discretion determine from time to time. Student discount is valid in all New Look stores in UK and ROI and online at newlook.com.

      2. 2. Student discount cannot be used to purchase New Look Gift Vouchers, New Look Gift Cards or New Look eGift cards. Cannot be used towards payment of any outstanding balance on a New Look Store card. Cannot be used in conjunction with any press, magazine, discount (including New Look staff discount card) or any other promotion (including New Look Store Card). Customers can receive student discount online.

      3. 3. A current valid student card must be shown at time of purchase in store. To qualify for the online student discount, a valid student card number must be stored against the user's account prior to checkout. The number will expire at the end of the academic year (31 August) and must be re-saved.

      4. 4. A valid student card is a card that clearly identifies the holder as being a student of further or higher education aged 16+. If the card has a photo it must match the customer and if there is a date it must not have expired. Valid Student ID includes but is not restricted to 'NUS Extra', cards issued by 'Student Discounts' (including the Nat West student 16-25 Railcard) and ID from any individual further or higher educational institutions (including the Young Scots card as long as the card holder is aged 16+).

      5. 5. New Look reserve the right to refuse any ID that they deem invalid or fraudulent - photocopied, defaced or expired student cards will not be accepted.

      6. 6. Student discount may be withdrawn at any time at New Look's discretion.

      7. 7. The return value of the item(s) purchased using this discount shall be the applicable return value under New Look's return policy less the percentage discount obtained.

      8. 8. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

      Gift cards and eGift cards can be purchased online at http://giftcards.newlook.com. This site is operated and managed by The Voucher Market Limited, trading as WeGift (‘TVM’). TVM’s registered office is Innovation Warehouse, 1 East Poultry Avenue, EC1A 9PT. Company number: 09281949 and VAT registration number is: 253 058 810.

      If you purchase gift cards or eGift cards through TVM you accept their terms and conditions which are as follows:

      DEFINED WORDS: In these terms and conditions a capitalised word has a particular meaning. This paragraph explains the meaning of some of those capitalised words by showing the relevant words in brackets after their meaning. Other meanings are explained in other paragraphs in the same way. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) relate to the supply of any of the products (“Products”) and/or services (“Services”) listed on this website at http://giftcards.newlook.com (“Website”). Any reference in these Terms to “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference to TVM and any reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to any user of the Website and, where relevant, the recipient of any Product or Service from the Website (“Recipient”).

      THESE TERMS ARE BINDING: Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before using the Website including to use any Services and/or order any Products. If you do not understand any of these Terms you can ask us to explain them further using the email address given below. Your use of the Website indicates your unconditional agreement that you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms in effect at the time of usage. We may alter all or any part of these Terms (including the Products and Services which are available from the Website) at any time. If you register with the Website we will notify you by email if these Terms change. If you do not register with the Website you will need to check the 'last updated' information at the top of these Terms to confirm if they have changed since you last read them. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Website. You should review these Terms regularly as your continued use of the Website means you accept the Terms as modified. Please understand that if you refuse to accept the Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from the Website.

    • General
      1. 1. The Products available via the Website may include the following as well as others:

      2. i. physical gift cards ("Gift Cards"); and

      3. ii. digital gift cards (“eGifts”).

      4. 2. The Services available via the Website may include the following as well as others:

      5. i. the customisation of eGifts with interactive wrapping paper, pictures and videos ("Digital Wrapping").

      6. 3. Gift Cards and eGifts shall in each case be treated as cash.

      7. 4. The sale of New Look Gift Cards and eGifts made via the Website ("Website Sales") are managed by TVM.

      8. 5. Gift Cards and eGifts purchased via Website Sales can be purchased in £Sterling with a minimum value of £1 and a maximum value of £250.

      9. 6. Payment for Gift Cards and eGifts can be made via VISA or MasterCard, debit or credit card.

      10. 7. Each transaction is subject to fraud checks and TVM reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment is subject to additional verification or scrutiny or for any other reason, without providing explanation.

    • Ordering from us
      1. 8. To purchase a Gift Card, add the Gift Card to your basket. When your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you will receive and email (within 24 hours from the time of purchase during normal business hours from Monday to Friday) with confirmation of your purchase. Your Gift Card will be delivered based on your Delivery Type selection (see clause 26 and 27, “Despatch of Orders”). TVM and New Look accept no responsibility for the customer inputting the incorrect delivery address to which the Gift Card should be delivered.

      2. 9. To purchase an eGift, add the eGift to your basket. When your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you or the Recipient of your order will receive an email (within 24 hours from the time of purchase during normal business hours from Monday to Friday) containing a link to the purchased eGift. TVM and New Look accept no responsibility for the customer inputting the incorrect email address to which the eGift should be delivered.

      3. 10. If you are sending an e-Gift to yourself to print at home, the email Recipient will receive an email containing a link to the purchased eGift. Once the Recipient has received the email with the link to the eGift you will receive a PDF attachment. This PDF is your eGift.

      4. 11. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Neither TVM nor New Look has any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards once risk has passed to the customer at time of delivery.

      5. 12. If you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card or eGift to cover the total cost of your order (including delivery), you can split payment between your Gift Card or eGift respectively and another payment method. If you do have enough funds on your Gift Card or eGift to cover the total cost of your order, split payment will not apply.

      6. 13. If you use an eGift as split payment for a purchase (part eGift, part debit/credit card or cash) and you subsequently return the purchase, the eGift will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the other method of payment originally used.

      7. 14. Once your payment has been received the following cancellation and refund policies apply under the following circumstances:

      8. i. full refunds are offered for faulty or damaged Gift Cards;

      9. ii. if a Gift Card is yet to be despatched, a full refund will be offered;

      10. iii. if a Gift Card has been despatched and still has the full balance on the Gift Card, a refund will be offered minus any delivery charges of the gift card;

      11. iv. if an eGift has been delivered and still has the full balance on the eGift, a full refund will be offered;

      12. v. if a Gift Card has been despatched and part/all of the balance has been used, no refund will be offered; or

      13. vi. if an eGift has been delivered and part/all of the balance has been used, no refund will be offered.

      14. 15. Any request for refunds can be made by contacting New Look customer services on 0344 499 6690.

      15. 16. The Gift Card or eGift will be valid for 24 months from the date of order. Any balance remaining will be deducted to nil and forfeited.

      16. 17. TVM is not directly linked to New Look or any New Look company and TVM cannot take responsibility for products and services offered by New Look or New Look companies. In addition, New Look shall not be responsible for services offered by TVM and its associated companies.

      17. 18. The collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed is solely used to authorise payment and is not held by TVM or New Look. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

      18. 19. Gift Card and/or eGift quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately to New Look Customer Service by calling 0344 499 6690. Neither TVM nor New Look can be held responsible for any shortage or loss of any Gift Cards not notified to TVM within seven working days of delivery or the specified delivery date in respect of lost cards.

      19. 20. Payment is taken at the time of purchase of the Gift Card. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Your credit/debit card statement will read "The Voucher Market Ltd”. TVM cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to a cause totally beyond its reasonable control, for example: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

      20. 21. Breach of these terms and conditions by you will entitle TVM and/or New Look to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.

      21. 22. Whilst the contents of the gift card website are checked for accuracy, TVM cannot be held responsible for omissions or errors or any statements made on the site. Nor is TVM responsible for any losses incurred if information is used from the website or if accessing the site may result in viruses to your computer equipment.

      22. 23. The images on the website including trademarks can only be used with the permission of New Look.

      23. 24. Register your eGift at http://www.newlook.com/campaign/8/campaign.jsp to protect the card against loss or theft. Neither TVM nor New Look are able to replace eGifts if damaged, lost, intercepted or stolen.

      24. 25. Gift Cards and eGifts can be redeemed in UK stores and online using the 16-digit number and 4-digit pin number. Customers must print the eGift to redeem the eGift in store.

    • Despatch of orders
      1. 26. Gift Cards ordered through Website Sales will be sent to the delivery address stated on the individual order. Deliveries will be made using First Class post, Registered Signed For or Special Delivery via Royal Mail, as specified on the order. Orders sent by Registered and Special Delivery will require a signature on arrival.

      2. 27. Gift Cards will normally be despatched within three working days unless a later delivery date is specified. During busy periods, despatch can take up to 7 working days. Orders sent by Special Delivery will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Orders must be placed and paid for by 2pm to qualify for Special Delivery. Where possible TVM will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither TVM nor New Look shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the requested delivery date. A Loss in this instance includes any loss of profit, costs, damages, charges, other expenses, consequential losses and non-financial losses.

    • Digital wrapping
      1. 28. You may not use this Service for any illegal activities.

      2. 29. If you violate these rules, we may remove the offending content or block any future use of the Service.

      3. 30. Rights we grant you

      4. i. We grant you a personal, UK, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service. This licence is for the sole purpose of letting you use and enjoy the Service for the purpose of sending a personal eGift.

      5. ii. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission to do so.

      6. 31. Rights you grant us

      7. i. Our Service lets you create, upload, post, send, receive and store content. When you do that, you retain whatever ownership rights in that content you had to begin with. But you grant us a licence to use that content.

      8. ii. For all Services you grant TVM and our affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish and distribute that content. This licence is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting and improving the Services and researching and developing new ones.

      9. iii. Though we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen and delete your content at any time and for any reason, including if we think your content violates these Terms. However, you alone remain responsible for the content you create, upload, post, send or store through the Service.

      10. iv. The Services may contain advertisements. In consideration for TVM letting you access and use the Services, you agree that we, our affiliates and our third-party partners may place advertising on the Services. Because the Services contain content that you and other users provide us, advertising may sometimes appear near your content.

      11. 32. The content of others

      12. i. As the Recipient of an eGift, much of the content on our Services is produced by users, publishers and other third parties. Whether that content is posted publicly or sent privately, the content is the sole responsibility of the person or organisation that submitted it. Although TVM reserves the right to review or remove all content that appears on the Services, we do not necessarily review all of it.

      13. So we can't – and don't – take responsibility for any content that others provide through the Services.

      14. ii. Through these Terms, we make clear that we don't want the Services to be put to bad use. But because we don't review all content, we cannot guarantee that content on the Services will always conform to our Terms.

    • Conduct & Safety
      1. 33. We try hard to keep our Services a safe place for all users. But we can’t guarantee it. That’s where you come in. By using the Services, you agree that:

      2. i. you will not use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in these Terms;

      3. ii. you will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface to access the Services or extract other users' information;

      4. iii. you will not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users’ content or information without our written consent;

      5. iv. you will not use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, affect negatively or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Services;

      6. v. you will not post content that contains pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech or incitements to violence;

      7. vi. you will not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services;

      8. vii. you will not attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorised to access;

      9. viii. you will not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network;

      10. ix. you will not encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.

      11. 34. By accepting an eGift, the Recipient is deemed to have agreed and assumed the rights and obligations of these Terms.

    • Privacy
      1. 35. Your privacy matters to us. You can learn how we handle your information when you use our Services by reading our privacy policy. We encourage you to give the Privacy Policy a careful look, because by using our Services, you agree that TVM can collect, use and share your information consistent with that policy.

      2. 36. Respecting other people’s rights TVM respects the rights of others. And so should you. You therefore may not use the Services in a manner that:

      3. i. violates or infringes someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right;

      4. ii. bullies, harasses or intimidates;

      5. iii. defames;

      6. iv. spams or solicits our users.

      7. 37. You must also respect TVM’s rights. These Terms do not grant you any right to:

      8. i. use branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos or any other materials used in our Services;

      9. ii. copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, syndicate, broadcast, perform, display, make available or otherwise use any portion of the Services or the content on the Services except as set forth in these Terms;

      10. iii. use the Services, any tools provided by the Services or any content on the Services for any commercial purposes without our consent.

      11. 38. In short: you may not use the Services or the content on the Services in ways that are not authorised by these Terms. Nor may you help anyone else to do so.

    • Copyright
      1. 39. TVM honours the requirements set out in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. We therefore take reasonable steps to expeditiously remove from our Services any infringing material that we become aware of. And if TVM becomes aware that one of its users has repeatedly infringed copyrights, we will take reasonable steps within our power to terminate the user’s account.

      2. 40. We make it easy for you to report suspected copyright infringement. If you believe that anything on the Services infringes a copyright that you own or control, please contact newlookgiftcards@wegift.io.

    • Third party services
      1. 41. If you use a service, feature or functionality that is operated by a third party and made available through our Services (including Services we offer jointly with the third party), each party’s terms will govern the respective party’s relationship with you. TVM is not responsible or liable for a third party’s terms or actions taken under the third party’s terms.

    • Modifying the services & Termination
      1. 42. We’re relentlessly improving our Services and creating new ones all the time. This means that we may add or remove features, products or functionalities and we may also suspend or stop the Services altogether. We may take any of these actions at any time and, when we do, we may not provide you with any notice beforehand.

      2. 43. TVM may also terminate these Terms with you at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This means that we may stop providing you with any Services, or impose new or additional limits on your ability to use our Services.

      3. 44. Regardless of who terminates these Terms, both you and TVM continue to be bound by clauses 5, 7, 11, 17-23 and 25 of the Terms.

    • Disclaimer
      1. 45. We try to keep the Services up and running and free of annoyances, but we make no promises that we will succeed.

      2. 46. The Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” and to the extent permitted by law without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In addition, while TVM attempts to provide a good user experience, we do not represent or warrant that:

      3. i. the services will always be secure, error-free or timely;

      4. ii. the services will always function without delays, disruptions or imperfections; or

      5. iii. that any content, user content or information you obtain on or through the services will be timely or accurate.

      6. 47. TVM takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content that you, another user or a third party creates, uploads, posts, sends, receives or stores on or through our services. you understand and agree that you may be exposed to content that might be offensive, illegal, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, none of which TVM will be responsible for.

    • Limitation of liability
      1. 48. We use reasonable care and skill to provide our Products and/or Services in accordance with our specifications but:

      2. i. the Products and/or Services are provided "as is";

      3. ii. we cannot and do not guarantee that the Products and/or Services will meet your requirements.

      11. 53. We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the Terms by you, your access and use of the Website, Gift Card or eGifts,

      13. 55. In no event will TVM’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to our Services exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid TVM if any, in the last 12 months.

    • WEEE compliance

      The UK’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations allows you to recycle your old electrical products, free of charge.

      In the UK, Government estimates show that we throw away over two million tonnes of electrical waste each year, mostly into landfill. Much of this waste can be recycled, and the resources recovered to make new consumer goods. The WEEE regulations aim to reduce the quantity of electrical and electronic items disposed of in this way, and will encourage everyone to play a part in protecting our environment for future generations.

      • - You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.

      • - Shoes must not be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.

      • - Tags and hygiene strips must not be removed from any items (for example swimwear).

      • - The products are your responsibility until they reach our fulfilment centre, therefore we recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should obtain proof of postage from the postal service you choose.

    • Copyright

      By submitting a Contribution to NL Daily, you agree to grant New Look a non-exclusive licence to use that Contribution. Although you/the legal owner will still own the copyright in your Contribution, New Look will have the right to freely use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material contained in your Contribution. This licence will be free of charge, perpetual and capable of sub-licence. New Look may exercise all copyright and publicity rights in the material contained in your Contribution in all jurisdictions, to their full extent and for the full period for which any such rights exist in that material.

      Please also note that, in accordance with the Content Standards above, you must ensure that your Contribution does not infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person. By submitting your Contribution to NL Daily, you are warranting that you have the right to grant New Look the non-exclusive copyright licence described above.

      If you are not in a position to grant such a licence to New Look, please do not submit the Contribution to NL Daily.

    • Breach of these Rules

      When we consider that a breach of the Content Standards has occurred, we may at our discretion take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with these Rules constitutes a material breach of the terms of use on which you are permitted to use NL Daily, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
