    Due to recent events in Manchester and the increased security measures throughout the UK, the Birmingham Bullring Doddle store and Leeds Victoria Gate store will not be able to accept any returns from customers until further notice. These particular concession stores are within the Customer Services Desks at the shopping centres, where security has been heightened.

    Following the Government raising the terror threat to critical in the wake of the events in Manchester, two of Collect+ partners, Hammerson and Intu, have decided to turn off the parcels services they operate, until further notice. They have advised that the below sites will not accept returns parcels from customers with immediate effect. Customers will not be able to select these stores for delivery on the website.

  • How do I track my order?

    Due to high order volumes we are experiencing delays with confirmation emails being sent which may affect your order updates.


    If you’ve recently placed an order with us and it’s still showing as ‘processing’, please don’t worry as it is still due to arrive on time.


    Log into your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant ‘View Order’ link.


    All delivery options are fully trackable for the UK. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you.


    The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details if you've provided us with this information.


    Unfortunately we do not currently offer tracking for International standard orders.


    Express Delivery for Ireland, France and Germany is fully trackable. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.

  • Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

    Use our Click & Collect service to pick your order up from a UK store of your choice.

  • Will I need to sign for the the delivery and what happens if there's nobody in?

    If you choose our Express Delivery service the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. It doesn't matter whether or not it's you. If there's nobody home, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from your local Post Office sorting office - there will be one near you and they are usually pretty convenient to reach.


    There's no need to sign if you use our Standard Delivery service. Don't forget, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout so the postman knows what to do if there's nobody home - such as 'leave it in the shed' or 'drop it off next door at No.13.' If you know you're going to be out, simply ask for your order to be delivered to an alternative address when you checkout - for example a friend's house or your workplace. You can store several different delivery addresses in your Account to make things easier.
