Free UK returns

Products can be returned to any New Look store (excluding clearance stores) for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.

You can also return items via one of 3500 stores in the Collect+ network. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to be provided. Find your local Collect+ store by visiting

. Branded items must be returned via Collect + or by post.
For PayPal please return goods by post to us or any New Look store where we'll exchange them for you or give you credit vouchers to an equivalent value. Please make sure you also return the dispatch note you received with your order as proof of purchase.

International returns

Items delivered to international addresses can be returned to us in the UK by post as New Look stores outside the UK cannot refund or exchange.
