UK and Ireland Returns
Returns to Store
Products delivered to a UK address can be returned to any UK New Look store for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Please note that with effect from 26 December 2010 our refund policy on sale items changed. Sale items purchased on or after this date will be eligible for an exchange only. Exchanges can be made for any New Look product up to the same value. Sale items purchased before 26 December are eligible for an exchange, credit vouchers or refund if returned with a receipt within 28 days of purchase (or up to 31 January 2011 if purchased as a gift.) Without a receipt an exchange or credit vouchers to the value of the current retail price will be offered. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please ensure you bring your payment card and the dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, in pounds sterling, using the same method you used to pay for them. If you used PayPal as you payment method we are only able to refund you in store by issuing New Look credit vouchers. If you wish your refund to be credited back to your PayPal account you will need to return the products to us by post in accordance with the provisions below.
Return items at your local Collect+ store FREE
Collect+ is a free and easy way to return parcels delivered to addresses in the UK and Ireland back to New Look. It uses a national network of 3,500 local neighbourhood stores that are open long hours - including evenings and weekends - so you can drop off your parcel at a time to suit you. Items returned by Collect+ must be received by us within 14 days of receipt for us to be able to refund your money.
Collect+ services are delivered securely by PayPoint and the Home Delivery Network. You'll receive proof of postage, insurance and an online tracking code so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.
Using Collect+ is easy - just follow these simple steps:

2.Follow the instructions to print off a returns label
3.Attach the label to your parcel
4.Drop off your parcel at ANY Collect+ store
5.Track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk
UK & Ireland Returns by Post
Alternatively you can return products by post to our fulfilment centre within 14 days of receipt for a refund only; unfortunately we cannot make exchanges. Please ensure that you also return the dispatch note for proof of purchase. Do ask for a receipt from the Post Office for proof of postage as we are unable to accept any claims for lost items without it. New Look does not cover the cost of returns by post.

International Returns by Post
New Look stores outside the UK cannot refund or exchange Internet purchases so items delivered to international addresses will need to be returned to us in the UK by post. The address to return parcels to is given below. New Look does not cover the cost of international returns by post.

Returns and Reasonable Care
If you need to return your New Look products please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them. Follow these instructions for a no-quibble return:
You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our store
Don't try on products whilst wearing strong perfume, aftershave or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks
Don't wear shoes outside; no scuffing should appear on the sole
Don't remove hygiene strips from items of lingerie and swimwear
Don't remove tags or labels
Keep and include the original packaging with your return
Pierced jewellery is entirely non-refundable.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
