1. How can I track my order?
You can review the status of your order at any time by clicking on the 'Track my Order' button at the top of the screen and following the instructions.
2. How do I know my order has gone through?
If you receive a confirmation email your order has been processed successfully. If not, please go to the My Account section and click on My Orders. If your order doesn't appear on the list you'll need to place it again.
3. Can I change or cancel an order once it's been processed?
Unfortunately not, so please make sure you review it carefully as you go through the checkout process. To obtain a refund you'll need to return the products to your nearest store within 28 days of receipt (if you're in the UK or Ireland) or return them free of charge by post or via stores in the Collect+ network service (sale items within 14 days).Phone Us
